Angelo Spannagel leads the Analytics department at Eurofins PHAST Development in Konstanz, Germany. With extensive experience in chromatographic method development and validation, he specializes in analytical strategies for small molecules across all phases of drug development. His expertise includes the application of advanced detection technologies such as DAD, FLD, CAD, QDa, and ELSD, enabling tailored solutions for complex analytical challenges. He is passionate about sharing practical insights from the lab and looks forward to using this webinar as a platform to exchange knowledge, highlight real-world applications, and inspire discussion around modern analytical tools in pharmaceutical development
Dr. Xiao Yu Xie, Head of Laboratory, Eurofins PHAST Development GmbH & Co. KG
Dr. Xie is a pharmacist and Ph.D. of biopharmacy. He is focusing on dissolution technology, biorelevant dissolution, and IVIVC. Since 2009, he started his study and research of biopharmacy, dissolution and release, and formulation development in University Auvergne Clermont. After several years of formulation development, he started his work in Eurofins Phast Development since 2017. He and his teams are mainly focusing on formulation development such as nanosuspension, nanoemulsion, ophthalmic dosage forms, and dissolution method development and validation.
