Product Safety 2025: Implementing the GPSR, CE Marking and Product Liability Requirements

The new EU General Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988 (GPSR) has been in force since the end of 2024, with a transition period running until December 2025. In this seminar, you will learn how companies in Europe and Switzerland are implementing the new requirements in practice – with real examples from current projects. You will also gain insight into the first experiences of European companies, from reporting obligations via the Safety Business Gateway to the new requirements for online trade. Further topics include ensuring compliance in CE marking and documentation, understanding product liability obligations, and recognising the importance of the GPSR for Swiss exporters.
