Product Safety 2026: Implementing GPSR, CE, and Product Liability with Confidence

The new EU General Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988 (GPSR) has been applicable since the end of 2024. The transition period ends with the close of 2025. For companies placing products on the European market, this means that internal processes must now be reviewed, adapted and continuously maintained in order to avoid market barriers, product recalls and liability risks.

In this German-language seminar, you will gain solid practical insight into the new requirements, along with concrete recommendations based on current consulting practice. You will learn what really matters in day-to-day implementation: using real project examples, we show how companies in Europe and Switzerland are already successfully applying the new rules – from the initial compliance check through to exporting products to the EU.

Eurofins E&E at Funk & EMV 2026

Eurofins E&E will participate in Funk & EMV 2026, taking place on 28 January 2026 at the SIX Convention Point in Zurich. The conference brings together industry experts, manufacturers, researchers and decision-makers to discuss current developments and future challenges in radio technologies, electromagnetic compatibility, cybersecurity and communication.

As part of the German-language conference, Eurofins’ Thami El Idrissi, Global Director Cybersecurity, will deliver a keynote presentation entitled “From Regulation to Resilience – Cybersecurity and RED-DA: Experiences, Opportunities and Future Perspectives.” The presentation addresses RED requirements for connected products and the EN 18031-1, -2 and -3 standards, with practical insights into laboratory assessments and cybersecurity implementation.
